Promoting  the Webinars

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to let parents know about  the Webinar presentations. Obviously, the more parents who check out the Website and sign up to attend, the more funds it raises for your school.

Please do not begin promoting the Webinars until you have let us know you are interested in participating. Please send a quick e-mail to michelle@cantonmoms.com and simply say “Yes, (insert name of your school and  name of state) will participate.” and include any questions you have about the program. We pay out at the end of each month using Paypal or by mailing a check to your school. Please let me know which one you would prefer.

Here are some ways you can promote.

Take Home Flyer- This is a pdf file you can print out and copy for all the students to take home, or include in a School Newsletter, Website or  E-mail Blast.

We are also including a short “blurb” (see below) which you can also simply copy and paste in a School newsletter, Website or  E-mail Blast.

We have some exciting news for you.
 
Our school, along with a select group of other schools, have been invited to participate in a unique PTA fund raising program, The schools selected to participate in this program span the Eastern United States, from New England to Florida, and as far west as Indiana and Ohio.

 

This exciting program offers live, interactive, on-line presentations (called webinars) by recognized “experts” in childhood issues. Parents get to watch and interact with the presenter at home through their own computer. All that is needed, beside the computer, is an internet connection. You even get the opportunity to ask questions (as the presentation is occurring) of these recognized professionals.

 

While generating income for the PTA as a fund-raiser, the major objective of these presentations will be to provide real value to you, the parents, in understanding and learning ways to help your children in their school life and personal growth and will be providing real solutions to real problems.
